Q: What are presets?
A: Preset are essentially a sequence of light and color adjustments, corrections, and enhancements made to a photo and the specific sequence is saved so it can be applied to other photos without having to individually make the adjustments over again. Presets typically help photographers save time and make sure their collections/albums have a cohesive look.
Q: Who are Presets for?
A: Presets are most often used by photographers BUT The Preset Club was designed for the everyday camera phone photos. We believe that every photo deserves to be seen in its best light. Your kids on the beach, the family vacation photos and your really cute pets- that’s who are presets are for.
Q: How does the purchase and download process work?
A: Once you purchase your presets you will be sent an email with step-by-step instructions on how to download and use your presets. You will need the lightroom mobile app on your phone (the free version works for presets).
Q: Can I receive a refund?
A: Since presets are immediate digital downloads sent to your email we DO NOT offer refunds.
Q: Which preset is right for me?
A: Presets are like potato chips, you can’t just have one- so we say ALL OF THEM!
Jokes aside, some photos need more light and some need less plus the individual style is so dependent on the taste of each person. We have made collections that fit certain styles of light, you can choose to purchase an entire collection that fits a style you prefer or you can choose individual presets from a variety of collections.
